Cancellation Policy
Once in a while, circumstances in the lives of our guests may prevent their travel at short notice. Due to the way our operations work for private charters, it is difficult to re-sell such charters, our cancellation charge is as following:
- Low season: 50% charge within 7 days before trip.
- High season: 50% charge within 30 days before trip.
- 100% cancellation fee will apply less than 7 days.
- 25% cancellation fee for weather conditions.

12.00 - Finish snorkeling, head to the mainland for lunch at a local restaurant in Nusa Penida (lunch fee is not included in the package)
